1. A PadelPlus membership can be purchased online via the Padel4all website. 
  2. Unless otherwise specified, i.e. during promotional periods, PadelPlus membership can be purchased annually or monthly. 
  3. The membership commences when the member has read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and payment has been received. 
  4. PadelPlus provides several benefits which include but is not limited to; discount on all court booking fees, 14-day booking period, free racket hire and reduced rates on coaching programmes. A full list of benefits is shown on the Padel4all website. 
  5. PadelPlus benefits apply across all Padel4all centres, but each centre may have different benefits. 
  6. PadelPlus is available to all. The centre management may ask for proof of membership, which must be freely given. This may be their name and address. 
  7. PadelPlus membership is not transferable and must only be used by the registered member. Any misuse will result in the membership being cancelled. 
  8. Centre management reserve the right to cancel any membership if the member is in breach of the Terms and Conditions, or if their conduct, in the view of the management, is offensive to other players and/or staff, acts against the best interests of Padel4all or represents a health and safety danger. 
  9. On occasions Padel4all may run promotions and it is the final decision of centre management to whom the promotion is available. 
  1. The member will advise Padel4all immediately of any change to personal details. 
  2. The member agrees to comply with the rules of PadelPlus membership. Padel4all may make reasonable changes to these rules at any time. 
  3. Padel4all reserves the right to make any changes to any PadelPlus memberships, court bookings, coaching groups or classes and approved coaches. 
  1. All You Can Padel memberships are only available at eligible Padel4all venues. If your home centre qualifies for All You Can Padel, the membership can be purchased online via the Padel4all website.

  3. All You Can Padel provides unlimited off-peak sessions and unlimited off-peak court bookings. Off-peak times are currently Monday to Friday before 5pm, and are subject to change. Off-peak times exclude bank holidays. 
  4. Unlimited off-peak court bookings are free for the All You Can Padel member’s share of the court only. All other spaces on the court booking must be paid at the appropriate rate for each attendee. 
  5. All You Can Padel membership is not transferable and must only be used by the registered member. Any misuse will result in the membership being cancelled. 
  6. Centre management reserve the right to cancel any membership if the member is in breach of the Terms and Conditions, or if their conduct, in the view of the management, is offensive to other players and/or staff, acts against the best interests of Padel4all or represents a health and safety danger.

  1. Padel4all offer a free concessionary membership for students and Blue Light Card holders. To confirm this membership, Padel4all will need to see a valid identification card for the relevant membership category. 
  2. A PadelStudent membership will expire after 1 year, but can be renewed if the identification card is still valid.  
  3. A PadelBlue membership will expire after 2 years, but can be renewed if the identification card is still valid. 
  4. PadelBlue and PadelStudent membership is not transferable and must only be used by the registered member. Any misuse will result in the membership being cancelled. 
  1. Padel4all offer free concessionary prices for Juniors (ages 6-16). 
  2. Junior members, or their parent/guardian, must immediately inform Padel4all when they age-out of a particular category. 
  3. Junior members are required to abide by the Junior Code of Conduct as approved by the centre management. 
  4. No junior member under 16 years of age shall use the padel courts without supervision of a parent/guardian or suitably qualified member of staff or coach. 
  5. All non-playing juniors at the centre should always be supervised by a parent/guardian. 
  1. All Padel4all centres are registered to the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) and all PadelPlus members can apply for Wimbledon tickets subject to the LTA rules. To be eligible, PadelPlus members must have an active LTA account that has been affiliated to their Padel4all home centre, and have opted into the Wimbledon Ballot. Further information is available upon request. 
  1. PadelPlay registration enables players to use Padel4all facilities in a ‘pay and play’ manner.
  2. Unless specified during a promotional period PadelPlay court fees are our standard court rate.
  3. PadelPlay users can book courts 7-days in advance and are able to access individual and group coaching programmes and receive regular Padel4all newsletters.
  4. In addition to the PadelPlay user who has made the court booking, the centre management may ask for the names of the other players plus any spectators.
  5. All players and spectators using the facilities under a PadelPlay booking must behave in a proper and responsible manner. In particular;
  • No alcoholic drinks or glasses are allowed to be taken on court.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear should be always worn when playing.
  • Normal etiquette for rackets sports should be followed.
  1. Padel4all reserve the right to terminate a PadelPlay registration in the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions.
  1. Padel4all courts can be booked online through the Padel4all website as a PadelPlus member or a PadelPlay user. 
  2. Courts can be booked for a duration of 60 or 90 minutes. Monday – Friday bookings after 5:30pm are only available in 90 minute slots. 
  3. Payment will be taken at time of securing the court booking. 
  4. Courts can be booked a maximum of 14 days in advance for PadelPlus members or 7 days in advance for PadelPlay users. 
  5. No person under the age of 6 years old will be allowed to play. All junior players under 16 years of age must be supervised by a parent/guardian. 
  6. Bookings should always be made in the name of a player who will be on the court. 
  7. The player booking the court is responsible for everyone on the court and their conduct during the session. 
  8. Padel4all and centre management can ask players to leave the court if the named player is not on court or spectating during the booking period. 
  9. At certain times priority of court bookings is given to events such as; tournaments, league play, coaching programmes, school hire, corporate and social events. Where these occasions arise Padel4all and centre management are able to block book courts and will endeavour to give due notice to all PadelPlus home centre members if all courts are to be booked out for a period of more than 4 hours. 
  1. Details of all facilities, services, amenities, and opening times are shown on every centre website. 
  2. Padel4all reserve the right to close the centre, or areas of the centre, from time to time at the centre management’s discretion i.e. for maintenance repairs, refurbishment, cleaning, local emergencies and public holiday periods. 
  3. Centre opening hours are subject to change by the centre management giving advance notice to PadelPlus members where reasonably practicable. 
  1. Rackets and balls can be hired from Padel4all for use on Padel4all courts.
  2. Rackets and balls should be returned to a centre member of staff when the session has finished in a timely manner.
  3. Padel4all and centre management reserve the right to assess damage of rackets during hired use and charge the players as appropriate.
  1. Padel4all deems that any act of violence, threatening behaviour or abuse against its volunteers, coaches and anyone using the centre is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Whenever any such behaviour occurs, the centre management will take reasonable and appropriate action.
  2. Players must not abuse the centre facilities or equipment at will be required to pay for any damage to property where they have wilfully or negligently caused such damage.
  3. Appropriate clean sports clothing and shoes must be always worn when playing at the centre.
  4. Court etiquette – in the interest of the safety of players and good manners, you should not walk across the back of a court when play is in progress.
  5. PadelPlus members introducing guests to the centre shall be responsible for the conduct of their visitors.
  1. Players are responsible for always securing their personal belongings whilst using the centre’s facilities.
  2. Padel4all, its representatives, agents or sub-contractors, will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property brought onto Padel4all premises.
  3. Players are responsible for ensuring the correct operation or use of equipment at any Padel4all centre. If a player is in any doubt about how to correctly operate any equipment, they must consult a centre member of staff.
  4. When Padel4all courts are unsupervised Padel4all does not accept responsibility for any harm or injury to an unsupervised player unless caused by our employees, agents, sub-contractors, or through our negligent act or omission.
  1. Padel4all approve our own centre coaches to implement coaching programmes for adults and juniors, from beginners through to advanced players.
  2. External coaches are not permitted to book the courts for coaching purposes without the prior permission of centre management.
  3. Courses and individual lessons can be booked through any Padel4all coach. Details of all centre coaching programme fees and booking arrangements for coaching with the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches are available at the centre and on the centre website.
  4. Coaching sessions which are part of scheduled courses at the centre will be targeted at specific players based on age, playing level or any other characteristic in-line with Padel4all’s aim to create an inclusive environment.
  5. Padel4all and centre management reserve the right to deny a player from booking onto a session if they do not believe that they fit within the category that the session is aimed for.
  6. Padel4all cannot be held responsible for the availability of courses, as some are dependent on a minimum number to be viable or are limited on numbers due to court availability. Places are always offered on a first-come first served basis.
  7. If a player misses a session, they should discuss this with the coach who will have discretion to allow the player to attend a similar session at a reduced cost. Missed sessions will not be credited unless under exceptional circumstances, for which Padel4all reserves the right to require evidence.
  1. Sessions in which juniors are present will be delivered by a Padel4all coach with DBS clearance.
  2. All juniors booked onto a junior coaching session are fully supervised, but Padel4all cannot supervise children at other times.
  3. If the session is an individual coaching session for a junior under the age of 10 then a parent/guardian must be present at the facility during the session unless prior approval by the coach is given.

Policies.

  1. The club is committed to data privacy and your personal data will be treated properly and securely in accordance with current data protection legislation. Details of the Padel4all privacy policy can be found on our website.
  1. CCTV is being used for site surveillance and security to ensure that the Padel4all centre is safe for everyone that visits it.
  2. Video/photography may be carried out by staff or volunteers enlisted by Padel4all.
  3. Consent for use of these photos for promotional purposes is required and will be obtained prior to use of the video/photography.
  4. Photos of juniors which show their identity will only be posted on social media with the prior consent of the parent/guardian.
  5. Courts which have GameCam technology will have instructions for use by players. The footage is not held by Padel4all.
  1. Padel4all is committed to safeguarding all players who use Padel4all centres. Details of the Padel4all safeguarding policy can be found on our websites and at our centres.
  1. Most of our centres offer changing facilities, some of which are shared with other organisations.
  2. Padel4all has a changing room policy which it enforces to ensure that all juniors and vulnerable adults are safeguarded from abuse at our centres.
  1. Padel4all actively contribute actively help more people to play padel more often, in a manner that it is safe, inclusive, and fair and regardless of a person’s age, disability, gender reassignment status, sex, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, race or sexual orientation, socio-economic status or any other background.

  1. The health and safety of our community is our number 1 priority. At Padel4all we adhere to all guidelines set out by the UK Government and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) as the associated national governing body to make you feel safe when you play.
  2. Restrictions or measures are specific to centres and are outlined on the centre websites.
  3. Pade4all has a COVID promise that in the event of a centre closing your PadelPlus membership will be frozen.
  4. Our guidance is being constantly reviewed and updated in line with recommendations from the government and our governing body.
  1. Padel4all and centre management carry out risk assessments for all Padel4all venues in line with the LTA venue safeguarding guidelines.
  2. All activity which occurs at a Padel4all centre is covered under the venue risk assessments.
  3. Appropriate measures are put in place by Padel4all to mitigate against any risks which are identified on venue risk assessments.
  4. Where risk is considered significant, players will be notified prior to engagement with the activity.
  1. PadelPlus memberships can be cancelled within the 14 cooling-off period which begins 24 hours after the online purchase has been made.
  2. If a PadelPlus cancellation is requested during the cooling off period a refund will be issued. Padel4all reserve the right to determine the amount of the refund where any benefit has already been accrued.
  3. PadelPlus memberships paid monthly can be cancelled at any time. You may prevent the Automatic Renewal at any time by giving written notice of no less than one calendar month. Monthly memberships are extended by one month for each payment received therefore if you cancel on the 15th July and your next billed monthly payment is due on the 21st July you would be charged on the 21st July as normal.
  4. No refunds are given to annual PadelPlus membership.

Since Padel4all bookings are for a specific date and classified as leisure activities, they are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period. 

Paid Court Bookings and Sessions 

  1. Bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours of payment will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of payment but within 48 hours of play, will be subject to the conditions outlined in notes 3 and 4. 
  2. Bookings which are cancelled after 48 hours of payment and outside of 48 hours of play will be provided with a full credit to their Padel4all account. 
  3. Court bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours of play will not be refunded but will receive a 50% credit of the total amount paid if the court is resold.  The court must be resold for the entire duration of the original booking.  
  4. Session bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours of play will not be refunded but will receive a full credit of the total amount paid if the session place is resold.  
  5. Refunds and credits can take 3 to 5 business days to complete.  Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable and only valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

All You Can Padel (Off-Peak/No Cost) Court Bookings and Sessions 

  1. Court bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours of play will receive a penalty charge in the form of a debit to their Padel4all account.  The debit amount will be the equivalent of a member (PadelPlus) charge for the full court fee.  If the court is resold, then the debit will be reduced by 50%.  The court must be resold for the entire duration of the original booking.  Only the person booking the court will be issued the debit.  
  2. Session bookings which are cancelled within 48 hours of play will receive a penalty charge in the form of a debit to their Padel4all account.  The debit amount will be the equivalent of a member (PadelPlus) charge for the session place.  If the session place is resold, then the debit will not be issued. 
  3. No-show court or session bookings will incur a debit for the full member (PadelPlus) charge for the court or session booking. 
  4. Members who incur a debit will not be allowed to make future bookings until the negative balance on their account has been cleared. 
  1. If Padel4all cancel a paid court booking or session for any reason at any time then a full refund of the court booking or session cost will be issued.
  2. If Padel4all cancel a no-cost court booking or session for any reason at any time then no debit will be incurred.
