Stronger Together: Building a Healthier Bedford

Alongside our wonderful partnership with Bedford Greenacre Independent School, where students will have access to the padel facilities during the school day throughout term time, we’re equally passionate about building partnerships with other organisations that share our vision for healthier, happier and more connected communities.

At Padel4all, we believe the strongest communities are built through collaboration, not competition. That’s why we’re delighted to be working alongside organisations that share our passion for helping people lead healthier, happier and more connected lives.

Towers Health & Racquets Club

From the moment Towers Health & Racquets Club opened its doors in 2017, it has been committed to delivering a welcoming and positive experience for its members. If you’ve had the pleasure of visiting the club, you’ll recognise that commitment the moment you walk through the doors. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting, complemented by some of Bedford’s premier health and racquet sport facilities.

It’s clear that Club Towers invests significant time, care and resources into ensuring its facilities, staff and members all feel valued. From its exceptional coaching team and welcoming front-of-house staff to the fitness professionals, club lounge team and everyone behind the scenes, there is a genuine attention to detail that runs through every part of the member experience.

Club Towers also has an existing partnership arrangement with Greenacre School and invests significant resources into developing junior racquets activities in North Bedfordshire, both within schools and at the Club.

That commitment to creating positive sporting experiences and developing racquet sports aligns perfectly with Padel4all’s own values, making Club Towers a natural partner as we work together to grow racquet sports across Bedford and the surrounding area.

Bedford Borough Council Active Adults Scheme

The Bedford Borough Council Active Adults Scheme is all about helping more people discover the joy of being active, build confidence and create healthy habits that can last well beyond the programme itself.

Designed for adults aged 35 and over, Active Adults gives people the opportunity to step outside their comfort zone and try something new in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment. Through eight-week courses delivered at local venues across Bedford Borough, participants can discover different sports, meet new people and experience first-hand the physical, social and mental wellbeing benefits that come from being active.

With equipment provided and sessions designed to make getting started as easy and welcoming as possible, the programme removes many of the barriers that can prevent people from trying a new sport. Most importantly, the journey doesn’t have to end after eight weeks. Participants are supported to continue with the activities they’ve discovered, turning an introduction to sport into something that can become a lasting part of their lives.

Padel4all is proud to support Active Adults and its mission to help more people across Bedford move more, connect with others and discover a sport they love.

And We’re Not Stopping There…

These are just the first of many exciting partnerships we’re building as we prepare to open our doors in Bedford.

Over the coming weeks and months, we’ll be introducing more of our community partners, sharing the fantastic work they do, and announcing new collaborations with organisations that share our belief that sport, fitness and wellbeing should be welcoming, inclusive and accessible to everyone.

Together, we’re creating something far bigger than a padel centre—we’re helping to build a healthier, happier and more connected Bedford.

Stay tuned.
