Benefits of a private coaching session

Our Padel coaches are available seven days a week and will attempt to fit a coaching session around your timetable. We play indoors, so it doesn’t matter what the weather is like. Our courts are fully lit and perfect for playing in during the autumn and winter season.

Meet the coaches

There’s no better way to get to know the techniques of a game than by learning from the masters. And both Miguel Caramalho and Calli Smith are at the top of their games. They’re both offering sessions at the newly opened Lockleaze Centre in Bristol.

Miguel Caramalho

Miguel is undoubtedly well qualified in coaching, with a Bachelor’s in Sports Science and a Master’s in Sports Training. He’s been a coach for nine years, having performed as an athlete for 18 – Padel being one of his preferred sports.

Miguel discovered Padel in Portugal seven years ago. “It all started with a funny and easy sport that I played occasionally with my friends but quickly became an addiction for me,” he said. “Every day, I started to get more and more interested in it. Then I never stopped playing. I have no doubt that Padel will be HUGE in England.”

Calli Smith

Calli is a top County squash player and a Level 2 coach. At the age of 21, Calli already has plenty of coaching experience, having delivered many programmes in various racket sports. He’s worked in the sports department at Bath University – one of the top performance training environments in the UK.
