Our team at Garon Park enjoyed welcoming a group from Pholk Care, an independent community based day service in South East Essex. One of Pholk’s main objective is to offer fun, educational and personalised day services for adults with disabilities or mental health illnesses.

Pholk Care chooses activities to help build confidence, self-esteem, social skills and community inclusion and we were pleased that they included padel tennis as one of their daily outings. 

It was great to see the positive interaction among the participants and the opportunity to experience a new sport. We look forward to welcoming you all back again soon.
