We have now been open for a whole month!  We opened our doors on Saturday 28^th of December for our Founder members. Over 100 people came on Saturday and the same again on Sunday, they enjoyed plenty of padel, prosecco and nibbles.   We held coaching sessions and match play sessions on the Saturday and tournaments on the Sunday.

Our team and the builders worked hard and late in to the night on the Friday so that we could open in time and make the site safe and presentable. Even though we weren’t quite finished, it gave the members a chance to use the courts, check out the facilities and meet new friends.

Since the Founding weekend we have been open for business, we have held many sessions which have been very popular, instructed lots of intros for new players. The weekends have been very busy with the 4 new courts in action from 8am to 8pm.

The astro-turf around the outside court and social area have now been laid, the pergola has been erected, electrical work continues and the electric blinds to enclose the courts will be fitted on the 10^th of February.  The car park is now operational.

We look forward to welcoming our new neighbours; Twin coffee in so that our visitors and members can enjoy a lovely coffee and delicious treats. They’ll be situated in the new Saffrons yard, positioned between the back of the outside court and the Saffrons clubhouse.
