Padel4all Shortlisted for Bristol Life Award
27 January 2023
We received the fantastic news this week that Padel4all has been nominated as a finalist for the Bristol Life Award 2023.
Our shortlisted nomination comes in the Leisure and Tourism category which is all about enjoyment in the city and includes a wide variety of services for tourists, residents or both including; venues, accommodation, activities or visitor attractions.
In selecting Padel4all as a finalist, the panel of independent judges discussed how the new centre at Lockleaze has made Bristol better. Although the centre has only been open for 6 months, the statistics of Bristol’s first padel centre are impressive and with over 5,000 hours of court time used, hundreds of Padel Intro sessions delivered to a new audience and a padel-hungry membership of nearly 300 it’s easy to see why the judges recognised the positive impact Padel4all has had on the city.
The award ceremony which is a huge celebration of top businesses in Bristol and includes 22 categories will take place at the Ashton Gate Stadium on 16th March. Congratulations to the Lockleaze team for being shortlisted for the award and good luck to all the other finalists in the category which includes Aerospace Bristol and the RWA, the world class Royal West of England Academy for Arts.
